C. Corbett who used new stations on the Great Eastern Railway to promote new suburbs.

The London Borough of Redbridge was formed in 989898324' target='_top'>39898324' target='_top'>3298316' target='_top'>5' target='_top'>21' target='_top'>277' target='_top'>19698316' target='_top'>5 from Ilford and other areas.

Actors Cardew Robinson and Sir Ian Holm were born in Goodmayes.
