Palmerston Terrace, SW8
Queenstown Road station dates from 1877 when it was known as Queen’s Road.

The station followed the building of a new road link from Clapham to Battersea Park, and across the river via Chelsea Bridge.

Palmerston Terrace was abolished in 1898, becoming part of Palmerston Street.

of state, and was Prime Minister in 1855.
