Coldharbour Lane has two sections - an SE5 area and another part in SE9.
The photo shows the junction of Coldharbour Lane and Brixton Road, looking towards Elphick’s, the butcher’s shop on the left and Brixton Theatre on the right. The theatre was bombed in World War II and subsequently demolished.
The corner site was filled around 1910 by the Electric Cinema.
