Besant Road, NW2

Besant Road was built on the land of Westcroft Farm.

Between the years 1908 and 1935, the Home of Rest for Horses owned Westcroft Farm, which had the capacity to accommodate up to 250 horses at its peak. Following this, the Westcroft Estate was opened in 1935 by the Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead.
