When bus routes of London were especially long - a feature put paid to by growing car traffic making later bus stop arrival timings unreliable - Rossington Avenue was the terminus of the 52 bus running all the way from Victoria.
The 52 was at first curtailed to Mill Hill Broadway and later Willesden Bus Garage.
