Albion Gardens was an 1881 name, combining the former Albion Gardens North and Albion Gardens West.
Albion Gardens was damaged during the Second World War by a V1 that hit Flora Gardens. The road was redeveloped and part of it was incorporated into Flora Gardens around 1950.
