Studio Way is the main road through the Studio Estate in Borehamwood.
The housing development was laid out on the former Metro Goldwyn Mayer studios land from 1983 onwards. Most of the new roads radiated off of Studio Way which links Elstree Way with Rowley Lane, providing the main access road into the area.
