Claigmar Gardens, N3

Claigmar Gardens was named after the Claigmar Vineyard.

The vineyards were started in 1874 by Peter Edmund Kay but stopped production in 1895. In 1903 Finchley Electric Light Co. opened a generating station on the Kay’s site.
