Cochrane Mews runs off Circus Road and Cochrane Street.

Cochrane Mews, consisting of 11 properties, is a cul-de-sac and part of part of Westminster Council’s St John’s Wood Conservation Area. Originally it provided coach house accommodation for the main properties in St John’s Wood High Street.

Between October 1940 and June 1941, a high explosive bomb fell onto nearby Kingsmill Terrace.
