Seaford House is a block on Rotherhithe Street.

It was built as part of the Swan Road Estate, a housing development that was constructed by the London County Council between 1902 and 1903. The purpose of this estate was to provide new housing for those who were required to relocate due to the construction of the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
