Paddock Place (also Paddock Street) was built in 1864.

Paddock Myers Colliery was sunk near Evenwood Park in County Durham in 1845.

Paddock Place was demolished and the road was removed. It probably ceased to exist around 2002 when it was earmarked for redevelopment as part of Lovell’s Wharf.

A newer ’Cadet Place’ was proposed for the site of the street.
