Loco No.1 (John Lyon) still in its war time grey/red livery, these locos were all painted in the so called 'war time' livery from 1942 -1947, the bronze nameplates removed, the 'London Transport' fleet name applied on a red board to the loco sides, and the number on a red 'bullseye' on each end of the cab ends.
